Requirements for Individuals
All individuals will be required to provide one of the following (by order of preference):
Passport (non-US only)
National ID (non-US only)
A form of ID (e.g., driver's license), and a tax identification number (e.g., SSN, TIN)
Proof of Address is required for all individuals who provide government ID documents from a high risk region and claim residence outside that region. Proof of Address must follow these guidelines:
Document confirming the current residential address
Addressed to the individual and issued in the last 90 days
No PO boxes or virtual addresses
Accepted documents: Bank statement, Utility bill, Government-issued letter, or Residential lease agreement (must be current; may be older than last 90 days)
For individuals living in high risk regions or over the age of 60, the following parameters will also be required:
